was incorporated as a private limited company in Malaysia under the
Companies Act 1965 on 22 July 1977. The company was established for the
purpose of trading in Audio-Visual (including Image Projection
Systems), TV & Radio Broadcasting, RF Communications and Test &
Measuring Equipment and Systems.
The company has since evolved into a group of companies with
subsidiaries specializing in specific fields of business activities.
The group now consists of the following companies:

The Founder and Group Managing Director of the Dagang Teknik Group of Companies is Mr. Stanley BK Chen.
In addition to Stanley Chen, the Group's main Board of Directors
